This song started life as a collaboration between myself and my brothers in arms Jacinto and Tymoteusz under the Moniker "HATA". Admittedly I ran with it and didn't accept much help other than advice. This is no slight against them, mind you, HATA will continue life with other things. Something happened in the middle of creating this song, I was kind of stuck on it, revision after revision and I couldn't get it done, Thanksgiving was coming up so I took a break from it for a couple of days. I called my mother on Thanksgiving day to let her know I loved her but didn't get ahold of her so I left a message. I was told on the following Sunday that she had passed away Friday night. I buried myself in this song shortly after.
